Chorus Audition Info/Permission Slip
For any students interested in auditioning for first semester chorus, please read carefully and return this permission slip to Mrs. Peek NO LATER than Monday, August 28th. Late forms will NOT be accepted (there will be no exceptions granted).
Auditions will be held immediately after school on Tuesday, August 29th. Students must have a parent pick them up by 3:00 at the music room (back door is to the left of the main office doors).
